At YMCA Camp Cosby, we believe every child deserves the magic of camp! Thanks to the generosity of our donors, cost never stands in the way. Through our Annual Campaign, we offer financial assistance so all campers can join in on the fun, friendship, and adventure. Applications are simple, confidential, and open to everyone – because no child should miss out on the memories that last a lifetime. No application is ever turned away due to the inability to pay.

Financial Assistance/Scholarship Application at Camp Cosby
New Process for Summer 2026
All Financial Assistance/Scholarships Applications are completed ONLINE as part of the Camper Registration Process in CampinTouch.
How to Apply:
- Begin your Camper(s) Registration
- Select ‘Yes’ for Do you intend to apply for financial assistance? in the Camper(s) Registration
- Submit your Camper(s) Registration – A non-refundable $75 deposit per camper is required at the time of the Camper(s) Registration
- Complete ALL Required Financial Assistance Documents and Forms through your CampinTouch Portal WITHIN 30 Days (Camper will be unenrolled, and the process must be restarted if all required documents are not completed within 30 days of the camper registration)
- Check your Email for Further Communication about your Scholarship Details – Please Allow 10 Business Days for your Financial Assistance Information to be Reviewed
Once ALL required documents/forms for Financial Assistance have been completed in your CampinTouch Portal, check your email for further communication about your scholarship details.
NOTE: A non-refundable $75 deposit per camper is required at the time of the Camper(s) Registration. This holds your camper(s) spot for 30 days. The camper’s registration must be submitted in order for the financial assistance application to upload in your CampinTouch Portal.
Who Should Apply for Financial Assistance?
If the cost of camp is a challenge for your family, we encourage you to apply for Financial Assistance. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Families experiencing hardship, sudden or long-term
- Single parents, families experiencing illnesses, death, divorce, or military deployment
- Families on a fixed income, disability, or retirees raising children/grandchildren
- Families impacted by job loss, job change, recent move, birth/adoption, or other life transitions
- Parents in college, graduate school, or seminary
- Camp cost is a stretch for your budget and partial assistance would help
If the cost of sending your child to camp feels difficult, please apply – we are here to help.
Foster Care Families
Through a special grant, foster families may qualify for fully funded tuition scholarships for their camper(s). Complete your Camper(s) Registration, submit all required documents/forms for financial assistance in your CampinTouch Portal, and contact the office for your promotional code.

Close: May 1st, 2026
What to Expect after Applying for Financial Assistance
- After completing your camper(s) registration, login to your CampinTouch Portal, and Submit ALL Required Financial Assistance Documents and Forms WITHIN 30 Days
- Once all required financial assistance documents/forms have been submitted, please allow 10 Business days for your Financial Assistance Application to be reviewed
- Check your email for further communication about your financial assistance details
